Savoy, was launched on July 19 at the Bethlehem-Fairfield Shipyard, Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Edith Savoy Morgan of Washington, D. C., daughter of the late Mr. Savoy, was the sponsor, and is shown as she was General Superintendent of the yard.
