Description
Harvey Gantt delivers a short speech on primarily education issues at Craven Community College. Gantt announces that he believes that the key to the American Dream is in individuals being able to continually improve themselves through affordable education and job training opportunities. It is followed by a longer question and answer session, where most of the questions are about education and economic issues, including the Work First program.
