Holograph, signed.Anne Warren Weston mentions the flogging of Samuel Loud by Joseph Porter. "Do try to find ...a decent school for Lizzy for I am much discouraged about her. She and Henry [Chapman] have behaved more like evil spirits than aught else..." (She is referring to the children of Mrs. Maria Weston Chapman.) She reports on family illnesses and other details of domestic life.
