Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Charles Lenox Remond writes to Samuel May informing him that he wrote to "Mrs. Earl (as the only person I could call to mind in the city to take an interest)" telling her that he and William C. Nell would be visiting Worcester next Sunday. Nell was to speak at 5 o'clock and Remond would speak at 8 o'clock. Remond also tells May that he wrote to William Lloyd Garrison and asked him to put a notice for the lectures in the Liberator, and that he wanted to write to Stephen S. Foster but was prevented "from ignorance of his Post Office address."
