Donated by Frank Miranda.This document is testimony submitted by the Boston Congress of Racial Equality to the chairman of the Joint Committee on Education in opposition of numerous bills. After the Racial Imbalance Act of 1965 was passed, many bills that would repeal or limit it were put up in the next few years. In this letter CORE explains their stance against these bills and their harmful effects.
