Description
A slave deed bill of sale, witnessed on April 22, 1848, regarding the transfer of a slave from Robert Glass to William Harrison, Jr., of Williamson County, Tennessee. The document states that Glass sold to William Harrison, Jr. a "man called Sam about twenty three or four years old" for the sum payment of six hundred dollars.
