Dr. Falú talks about the difference between Afro-Latinidad and Afro-Puerto Rican. She states that Afro-Latinidad is a broader concept that encompasses the African descendants who live in nations that have as official languages those ones with Latin roots. Afro-Latinidad applies to over 200 million people of African descent who were born in Latin American and Europe.
