Moore at a press conference during the height of the Girard College protests. Wilkins and Moore discuss the Girard College issue, as well as various civil rights legislation and milestones. Moore also discusses the possibility of another race riot striking Philadelphia and allegations of police brutality.Sound begins at 01:56.
