Mullin, James P

Description

Robert Lindner's book Rebel Without a Cause includes a discussion of the psychopath and condemnation of the prison system. Wishes Mullin would raise the issue of racial segregation in Federal prisons with James V. Bennett. Some trouble in San Quentin over segregation, but there is evidence the trouble is diminishing. Account of a Negro friend, John Simmons, and his experience in Adjutant General's school, where there was no segregation, even in Texas, and where there was no protest.
