Phelps, William Goodell discusses Phelps’s plan to “expose” the principles and practices of the “Non-resistants.” He lists what needs to be included in an article about the group, and explores the connection between the group’s principles and “Anti Civil Government,” penal law, and Antinomian perfectionism. He then moves on discussing the best means of publishing a paper.
