Gladly agreeing to mention "the matter of West Indian immigration" in a forthcoming number of the "Crisis," and lamenting that the N.A.A.C.P. did not react more swiftly to fight "the veiled discrimination"; "None of us, at the time, realized what was hidden under self-governing and non-self-governing colonies."
