Description

A photograph of St. Luke African Methodist Episcopal Church located at 901 Fortieth Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee. According to the cornerstone the church was erected in 1926. The one-story church has a rough cut stone block foundation. The exterior walls are composed of red brick. The roof is gabled and made of tar shingles. The windows are a combination of colored glass and clear glass. The doors are wood with metal storm doors. Special features include a small steeple and four columns under the front portico.
