Koports ms com¬ ing in slowly and in many respects grat¬ ifying, but in somo disappointing. Tho Negroes of Iowa must awake! Kvoryono can give one dollar Do it. Send it in at once. Tho work of Miss Elizabeth Gross of Keokuk deserves special praise. She has raised over $100 and is still work¬ ing. Mr. Walter T, Hall of the Ottumwa Candy Factory has given the only one hundred dollars reported. Tho committee desires a report from everyone at once. Send what you have and continue your effort.
