Description

The first scrapbook (loose pages) consists of many trade cards about groceries, meats, etc. There are a total of 74 pages. Page two consists of four cards, one is a cabbage. Page three has nothing. Page four consists of five cards, one is a saw. Page five consists of six cards, and one white envelope of an extra trade card. Page six consists of four cards, the top left card has a horseshoe as the border of the scene. Page seven contains eight cards and one white envelope with a trade card that was formerly on the page. Page eight consists of 10 trade cards, one is of a hollowed-out coconut, advertising "cocoanut". Page nine also contains 10 trade cards. Page 10 has seven cards, the most noticeable is advertising Kingsford's Oswego Corn Starch with a woman holding the box, while she is covered in the American flag. Page 11 has 10 cards, all but one of the them have an image of a single child as the main picture. Page 12 has nine cards, the top six have a portrait of a little girl (all the same company), while the bottom three all have a different bouquet of flowers. Page 13 has nine images as well, three are identical, other than one having been cut out of the rectangular paper. Page 14 has 10 cards too, the top three C.E. Nichols cards are small (there is one other next to it, but it isn't the same brand). Page 15...
