Nov. 14, 1953 Reel 173 Item 1 The Year Of Jubilo Have you seen ole Massa, with a mustache on his face, Go along the road sometime this morning, like he's gwine to leave the place, He saw the smoke, way up the river, where the Lincoln gunboats lay, He took his hat and he left mighty sudden, and I spect he's runned away. Refrain Ole Massa went, Ha, ha, The darkies stayed at home, I spect it's now that the kingdom a'comin, In the year of Jubilo. He's six foot one, way, three foot the other, and he weighs three hundred pounds, His coats so big that he couldn't pay the tailor, and it won't go half around. He drills so much they called him Captain, and he gets so dreadful tan, I 'spect he'll try and fool them Yankees, for I think him contraband.
