Caption on back: "First Lieutenant Seth Finley of Niles, Michigan has been appointed Assistant Post Billeting Officer at Fort Lewis, Washington. During World War II, Lieutenant Finley served with the 92nd Infantry Division and the 150th Quartermaster Truck Company in Italy. 12-30-47.
