Kastenmeier, Robert
Description
This folder contains a number of petitions drafted by the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. The petitions urge Robert Kastenmeier (and the Wisconsin Delegation in the House of Representatives) to deny seating for Mississippi's five Congressmen. In their place, they suggest the representatives of the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party be allowed to stand until the legality of Mississippi's 1964 elections are decided upon.
