Description

Holograph, signed.Title supplied by cataloger.May says that Mary Anne Estlin has kept him fully informed on "all the many points growing out of the London Conference." He discusses the question as to whether or not George Thompson did or did not make a speech at the London conference. He thinks Thompson must have given a speech, although he believes Thompson added to the speech that was reported in "The Empire" material that was not originally included in his talk at the conference. May informs Webb that he is sending a box of tracts and pamphlets.
